Ordering Policy
1. Please only order only if you are confirm of getting the item.
2. All dead buyers will be blacklisted from our website and from all future purchases.
Payment
1. We will not be held responsible for lost parcels / damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail.
2. After receiving the confirmation email from us, please make your payment within 24hours for us to process your order.
3.. Full payment must be made before collection of products.
4.. If payment is not made within 24hours, the order will be terminated.
5.. All ATM transfers to POSB a/c must be accompanied with a clear snapshot or scan of your transaction receipt. We reserve all rights to reject any orders without the snapshot/scan or snapshot/scan which we determine unclear. No refunds will be made as well.
6.. A confirmation email will be sent after we verified and received your payment.
7.. After School Tea Time will take legal actions against fraud cases. Do not try to fake a payment if you did not make any.
8. After School Tea Time reserves the right to reject a transaction with any customer at our own discretion.

a. Registered mail is always encouraged (it costs $2.24 more on top of normal postage, $1.50). It will be $3.74.
3. Self collection
a. Only at Toa Payoh Mrt station.
For Non-Clothing item, please refer to the postage price stated above the item.
Exchange Policy
1. The criteria for a return/exchange of defective or wrong item/s dispatched, item/s must be returned, unworn; unwashed and in brand new condition.
2. Exchanges must be done within 7 days after delivery of parcel.
3. A full refund will be done only if the item/s you purchased is/are out of stock.
